I was born in Argentina in 1976 and from a young age developed a deep connection with movement, practicing sports and martial arts. In 1997, I began simultaneously exploring the world of percussion and massage, while researching movement, dance, and expression techniques. It was then that I discovered I could use these tools to help others. <\/p>

My passion for manual therapy and health, combined with my musical research, laid the foundation for my professional path, which became my life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

My learning has led me to study and practice in several countries: Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Colombia, the USA, and Spain, where I deepened my knowledge of healing and massage techniques. Each experience broadened my perspective and enriched my practice, allowing me to integrate new therapeutic tools. <\/p>

Between 2005 and 2020, I lived in Costa Rica <\/strong>was the natural environment that propelled my career. There I shared, participated in, and led retreats, workshops, and trainings with therapists and healers from all over the world, simultaneously studying contemporary and classical Bodywork and Yoga techniques. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    • I founded and ran Gaia Bodywork & Wellness in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, between 2012 and 2020. There I trained and led a team of 10 therapists, providing over 10,000 successful treatments to an international clientele, including athletes and world celebrities. <\/li>
    • I collaborated in dozens of Yoga and Surf retreats.<\/li>
    • I was invited to give sessions in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Mexico City and Buenos Aires.<\/li>
    • I specialized in advanced techniques such as Deep Tissue<\/strong> and MyoFascial Release<\/strong>.<\/li>

      In 2013, I began studying Craniosacral Therapy at the Upledger International Institute, a gentle touch technique that profoundly transformed my practice and my life. I am certified to work with: <\/p>

        Today, I divide my time between teaching, consulting, and therapeutic sessions<\/strong>. I dedicate myself mainly to: <\/p>

        • I offer courses and workshops in Portugal (especially in Aljezur), Spain, Argentina and Costa Rica, where I teach Fascial Release techniques, Craniosacral Therapy, Deep Tissue Anatomy and Biomechanics.<\/li>
        • Advising spas and wellness centers<\/strong>, helping them improve their management, services, and equipment.<\/li>
        • To provide private and family treatments and therapies.<\/li>
        • Training therapists, yoga and Pilates teachers<\/strong> on working with the Fascia and tissues.<\/li>
